About Me

alida: Welcome to my art blog. I have been drawing and painting for as long as I can remember. My inspiration comes from Alaska and the Yukon, where I was born and raised and my family still lives. I have since moved to Calgary, AB and solely paint from my own photographs or from real life. Although I do not work as a full time artist, I do do commissions and sell my own work.
